As of today I have my cedula of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, as I always had to take 10 years and write it as a reminder that time. It was the day
sptiembre 04, 1998 and my mom up early to get my cedula first to enroll in the school, since I had graduated from Basic I lived in Cua, Miranda State, which is 1 hour by bus without any possible queue in the Valley - Car, (now it is easier for the train caracas - Cua of IAFE). We arrived around 7 am to Caracas and went straight to the building that is in the Capitol, next to the Municipal Theatre and the Plaza Caracas, can not remember the name, perhaps the DIEX or ONIDEX honestly do not remember, and had to make a long tail, buy stamps and wait, I like child safe bothered.
