Each year the Ministry of Education issued a call so that cycles work by Mexican teachers in different school districts in the states of California, New Mexico, Utah, Illinois and Oregon.

Its purpose is that U.S. educational institutions with high percentages of children of Mexican origin or Mexican, hire teachers Mexicans to work with them, by school years.
