President of the Parliamentary Brigade, Carlos Pablo Klinsky, today announced strong evidence implicating the Commander in Chief of the armed forces General Luis Trigo for violation of the Constitution of the State complicity in the violation of sovereignty and national dignity , violation of fundamental rights of individuals and malicious acts against the State.
noted in this context to be submitted to the U.S. Senate ten complaints so they can be investigated on facts supported with images and documentation.
First complaint expressed by Klinsky was: an ongoing, permanent president of Venezuelan, Hugo Chavez has been threatening to turn Bolivia into a Vietnam, denting the sovereignty and national dignity, in that sense the commander Luis Trigo said no for the wrongs being committed by this stranger to honor and national sovereignty, in a clear violation of the Constitution of the State in its article 1, 208 and 209 that holds as an obligation of the armed forces to defend the honor, dignity and national sovereignty .
As a second indictment, the commander of the armed forces, is an ongoing, permanent deliberating against autonomic processes, saying quote: "autonomy is irreversible, but not properly as it is being carried out." Also manifest partiality to the draft constitution of the Movement Toward Socialism. This action is expressly forbidden by Article 209 of the Constitution, consistent with Article 18 of the Organic Law of the Armed Forces.
