The government is implementing policies to use resources of counties and prefectures as the Direct Tax on Hydrocarbons (IDH) to create state enterprises, announced today the Minister Production and Microenterprise Javier Hurtado to the Social Policy Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, which was summoned to give explanations about the lack of job creation during the administration of President of the Republic Evo Morales.
